Nominations for Commercial Real Estate Awards
The time has come again for Louisville Business First to nominate the candidates for the Commercial Real Estate Award. Though, the winners will not be announced until March 26th, we are eager to see if our customers’ projects will receive the award.
It is an honor for American Roofing to contribute our craftmanship towards rewarding projects in Louisville, and surrounding areas in recent years. As one of Louisville's premier roofing contractors, we take great pride in contributing to the advancement of this great city. We look forward to bringing the same enthusiasm to all parts of the tri-state area, reaching as far as Lexington, Indianapolis, Cincinnati and even Nashville in the future.
The finalists chosen from 2014 were among some of the most intricate projects that we have undertaken. Each project presented with its own unique challenges, and character that undoubtedly contributed to its inclusion among the finalists. The projects include: Hilton Garden Inn of Downtown Louisville, McMahan Plaza Kroger Expansion, Southwest Louisville Public Library and Copper and Kings American Brandy Distillery. We look forward to the awards, and wish the finalists the best of luck.
