CertainTeed GrandManor Black Pearl Shingles

Project Overview

We removed the old shingle roof and hauled it away to the recycling center. (We recycle all of our asphalt shingles.) We installed a new shingle roof system consisting of approved CertainTeed products such as underlayment, ice and water shield, high performance starter shingles, high performance hip and ridge cap, Master Flow vents, and CertainTeed GrandManor Luxury Shingles.

We fabricated and installed 16oz copper metal for all flashing details.
