Nick Warndorf

Branch Manager

Nick is an experienced writer, researcher, and world traveler from Covington, Kentucky. After receiving his Master’s Degree from the University of Louisville in 2013, he joined the American Roofing and Metal team during his transition into the professional arena. He began working in the field as a laborer in the Commercial Sheet Metal Division, and after a short time, he developed  his tradecraft as a Copper Apprentice.

In his time as an American Roofing Manager, Nick has been pivotal in developing key processes and procedures. Nick has created a more efficient business model, marketing concepts for recruiting, and brand awareness, as well as internal company initiatives aimed at workforce development and hiring practices. All the while, Nick was acting as Project Manager for some of our most complicated and logistically challenging jobs such as, the Speed Art Museum addition, renovations for the University of Louisville, and the Bellarmine University's Centro addition.

Nick has always been intentional about shedding new light on the roofing industry through dynamic and innovative solutions to old problems and perceptions.

Now, as Manager of our Tennessee Branch, Nick believes that his experience and knowledge gained through academia, global exploration, and his American Roofing values will serve as powerful tools in providing an unparalleled experience to Tennessee customers.
