American Roofing has a first class maintenance and service plan called “Guardian.” This plan starts with a full roof evaluation, free of charge, and a line item break down of the current roofing conditions, recommended immediate repairs, remedial repairs, annual maintenance pricing and a roof condition assessment. This breakdown allows you to know exactly what it will cost you to maintain your roof each year and know when and how much to budget for a new roof. We work with a wide variety of industrial, residential and commercial customers to provide customize maintenance plans to fit each individual customer.
