McClelland Residence Standing Seam Metal Roof

Project Overview

Barbara's house suffered hail damage and she needed a replacement. She was unsure of what needed to be done, and our team worked closely with her and her insurance company to ensure she received quality service.

Our team fabricated and installed a 24ga. standing seem metal roof system and a new chimney cap. We also recognized Barbara's need for gutter protection, so we installed a system onto the existing gutter to help prevent clogging.

“Approximately 4 years ago, American Roofing put on a metal roof for our home. Because of hail damage over a year ago the roof was deemed damaged. I contacted the company and spoke with George Hart. He was very informative and helpful getting through the insurance claim process and getting the job scheduled. Mark Hardin was the foreman on my job. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process of removing the old roof and putting on the new one. He treated me very kindly and with respect. Mark was very active in supervising the project and making sure attention to detail was the priority. He kept me informed all along the way. The roofing crew was equally proficient in all their work. These men were very respectful and thoughtful. They worked long, hot hours – some of the hottest weather so far this year. They were concerned about doing quality work! They all worked extremely hard and with great skill to complete my new roof! As a widow, sometimes projects like these can be intimidating. I have to trust and rely on the people who are supervising and those who are doing the work to do the right thing. After one day onsite, I knew that I could trust and rely on Mark and all the men on the crew. I didn't have to be concerned about whether or not the right things were being done. I am thankful for Mark and the crew.”  Barbara McClelland
